Breakfast burrito

Ingredients

  • Tortilla (any)

  • Avocado 

  • Black Beans (optional)

  • 2 Eggs 

  • Turkey 

  • Butter

  1. Start with three pans on the stove.

  2. Add a can of black beans to your sauce pan turn heat to low.

  3. Put butter in the next pan and spread it around.

  4. Crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk until fully mixed.

  5. Next put the eggs in the pan with the melted butter and scramble them with a spatula.

  6. In the other pan put the tortilla to warm it up.

  7. When the eggs are almost done lower heat and add small pieces of cheese and turkey in it.

  8. Mix eggs, turkey and cheese until the cheese is melted to your liking.

  9. Remove warmed tortilla to a plate and add cheese, eggs, turkey and beans.

  10. Top with avocado slices and hot sauce if you like. Finally fold tortilla.

Fried eggs and toast

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs

  • Bread

  • butter

  • Salt and pepper

  1. First, Put a slice of bread in the toaster.

  2. Next, add a small amount of butter to a pan to prevent the egg from sticking.

  3. Carefully crack one or two eggs into the pan. Allow eggs to cook for approximately 2 minutes.

  4. Carefully, with a spatula, flip eggs.

  5. Be careful not to break the yoke.

  6. Allow eggs to cook on this side for another minute ot two…

  7. Remove toast from toaster, put on plate, spread butter.

  8. Add eggs to side of toast.

  9. Salt and pepper to your liking.

Smoothies 

  •  Strawberry banana smoothie

    Ingredients

    • Frozen Strawberry

    • Banana

    • Milk or juice (orange juice preferred)



  • Fruit blast Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • Frozen Blueberries

    • Frozen strawberries

    • Milk

  1. Simply add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until its your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into your favorite glass.

  4. Add a straw.

Turkey fried egg sando

Ingredients

  • Turkey

  • One egg

  • Bread

  • Butter

  • Avocado

  • Pepper and salt

  1. Put bread in toaster.

  2. Next add butter to warm pan to prevent egg from sticking.

  3. Carefully crack one egg into pan.

  4. Cook 2 minutes then Flip egg.

  5. Add turkey slice to pan to warm on each side.

  6. Remove toast from toaster.

  7. Spread avocado.

  8. Add turkey to top of avocado followed by egg.

  9. Add salt and pepper to taste
