First cook mac and cheese based off the instructions on the box.
While mac and cheese is cooking mix the tuna and mayonnaise together.
After mac and cheese is done cooking mix it with the tuna.
Finally add some salt and pepper and enjoy.

Ground beef
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook beef on the stove top.
Place tortilla chips in a bowl of your choosing.
Add grated cheese, beans, and cooked beef.
Cook 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove bowl with a pan holder add mashed avocado.

Toast bread if you wish.
Add Avocado, turkey slices, cheese slices and tomato.
Open face, one slice of bread or two pieces of bread easy to take on the go.
Tuna sandwich

Bread
Toast bread.
While the bread is toasting, mix canned tuna and mayonnaise until mixed.
Remove brad from toaster, add avocado.

Fruit salad
ingredients
1 Apple
strawberries
1 Banana
Rinse apple and berries with running cold water.
Cut fruit to bite size pieces and enjoy.
