Dinner
Start by boiling water, enough to cover pasta noodles.
Then in a separate pan cook the ground beef.
Add pasta sauce and turn to low. Stirring frequently.
Check on your water, once the water is boiling add pasta, stir occasionally.
After 5-8 minutes check noodles.
Texture is a personal preference.
Once the pasta is to your liking carefully strain and eliminate all the water or pour into a colander.
Put noodles in a bowl, add meat sauce, sprinkle with fresh basil if you like.
Top with parmesan.

Grilled cheese & tomato soup
Ingredients
tomato soup
2 pieces of bread
cheese, enough to cover bread
butter
pepper
basil (not necessary)
Pour tomato soup into a small pan.
Heat on low.
Spread butter on both side of 2 pieces of bread.
Place in a hot pan and get sides toasted.
Add cheese and stack bread to make a sandwich.
Dip grilled cheese in tomato soup.
Wonton soup with rice

Frozen wonton soup
Rice
Rice takes time so start with it.
The rice to water ratio is 1 to 2.
Meaning for every cup of rice you cook add two cups water.
Heat on stove on high, once it starts to boil turn to low and cover for approximately 20 minutes or until the water is gone.
Buy frozen won ton soup.
Thaw in a pan over medium heat.
Combine the two.
Miso soup with chicken

wakame seaweed
green onion
Rice

Meaning for every cup of rice you cook add two cups water.
Heat on stove on high, once it starts to boil turn to low and cover for approximately 20 minutes or until the water is gone.
Bake chicken in a oven safe container.
Approximately 20 minutes.
While it cooks, add miso paste and hot water to a bowl to create a broth. Add dried wakame.
Wakame needs about 4 minutes to rehydrate.
Add rice to broth and sprinkle with green onion.
B.L.T.A. salad
Ingredients
Bacon
Lettuce
tomatoe
avocado
blue cheese- optional
balsamic vinegar
Cook bacon in oven at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes.
Remove and use tongs to put on a plate with a paper towel to absorb the fat.
Next Add lettuce to a bowl, chop tomato, add chopped bacon, sprinkle blue cheese dan drizzle with balsamic.
